First of all, the reservation team to improved, BCS, seems they didn't read my email correctly. They open the email that I sent them and didn't reply to what my questions were, directly sending me attachments where I can found the info from your website until I called them and got clarification with my need. The Check-in process was smooth and fast, got a discount to buy Taman safari tickets, which great. I booked the Royal Suite and Executive Suite, back checked in at night after we went to Taman Safari, Got the keys, and the reception told us to walk to our room. I expected the receptionist at the evening shift to offer us a buggy to go from the Lobby to our room as quite walking, and I have one elderly + 1-year-old baby. The next morning, I got to know that we can use a small car service to go around the hotel. The Hotel is Huge and has a lot of entertainment and kids' facilities. On my reservation, I need one extra bed and one baby cot, when I came to my room both of my requests didn't place yet. I was a bit upset they don't have excellent communication between departments. Unfortunately, the reception didn't upsell us what you have to spend with you guys. Suggestions, they can give us a map and upsell what kids can do at the hotel, what the restaurant offers, etc. We found us by ourselves by asking so many questions to so many staff. But I wanted to highlight Ms. Risni from the reception who did a great job the next day. I approached her, a very hospitality person, and the other staff is Ms. Elisah from De Savanah restaurant; she is a very thoughtful person whose service is beyond our expectations. And also all the crews from the Girrafes building, they were very friendly to us. Breakfast's food is xoxo, but I tried lunch at the same restaurant, and it was delicious, though. Ah, we stayed in a different room, it was giraffe suites with big space that we liked, and Ms. Risni assigned us to the connecting room applause to her that very thoughtful. But the housekeeping places our bedsheet shorter than the bed LOL, who is in the world, put a bed sheet smaller than the bed. For one night, some of our body sleeping contacted directly with the bed without a bed sheet in between. So our family vacation is good to spend time in this hotel, but you guys need to improve your staff's quality to be the best hotel in Puncak. Honestly, they have a fantastic property and so many things to offer, but i don't see any staffs give the full information with what they have in the hotel. Untuk Mini Golf misalnya hanya Rp untuk 9 hole sudah termasuk stick golf dan bola. Sewa sepeda mulai Rp dan bilyard mulai Rp Harga masih terjangkau, dan kita tidak perlu lagi mencari hiburan lain untuk anak keluar hotel. Untuk Splash Waterpark, Bird Park semuanya gratis tidak dikenakan biaya. Untuk kedua wahana ini mulai dibuka dari jam 8 pagi, dan untuk bird park ada animal show nya di jam-jam tertentu. Yang membuat anakku happy kemarin adalah di salah satu sudut di hotel , tersedia area dimana anak bisa melihat langsung hewan Zebra dari dekat, bahkan anak juga bisa memberi makan mereka dengan mengambil paket Rp Weekend, Rp weekday dimana anak bisa memberi makan Zebra, Wallaby, Nyala Meerkat, Lemur, Patagonian Mara & Llama, masuk ke bird aviary dan Afrian Village, ini juga sudah termasuk foto saat memberi makan zebra plus 1 orang pendamping. Ada Pulau Reptil yang harus kita kunjungi saat berada di sana gratis, anak juga bisa menunggang kuda, gajah dan unta berbayar. PULAU REPTIL Buka mulai jam 8 pagi sampai 4 sore, anak bisa melihat dari dekat buaya, kadal, ular, landak mini albino, binturong, dan sugar glider, disini kita bisa menjelaskan pada anak mengenai hewan-hewan reptil ini. SPLASH WATERPARK Buka mulai jam 8 pagi, isinya komplit untuk anak ada tembakan air, ember , tumpah , perosotan, kolam air hangat, kolamnya pun mulai dari 40 cm dan paling dalam adalah hanya 120 cm. Ada seluncuran yang paling besar dengan maksimal berat anak 50 kg. Tentunya dilengkapi dengan pool life guard. Royal Safari Garden Resort juga menyediakan baby playground untuk anak yang terletak di dekat De’Savanna Resto dan mereka juga setiap jam makan malam ada atrkasi badut, sulap, dan animal show. Soal suasana, pelayanan, keramahan, sarapan pagi dan malam semuanya bintang 5, dan tidak perlu diragukan lagi. Jika kita ingin makan dan melihat hewan Wallaby bisa mencoba resto De’Savanna yang menyajikan makanan Indonesia dan Sunda. Untuk sarapan tambahan Anak 5 – 12 thn IDR Nett Dewasa 12thn keatas IDR Nett Executive Leopard Kemarin kami mencoba tipe kamar Executive Leopard yang terletak di lantai 2, dengan ukuran kamar 24m2 dan dekat dengan pulau reptil, area memancing, dan beberapa area rekreasi. Kamarnya bernuansa modern dan Afrika , disini kita bisa menikmati angin dari balkon . Untuk fasilitas kamarnya lengkap mulai meja tulis, ada kamar penghubung , kopi, teh & air mineral Gratis, kulkas, kettle electric, telepon, brankas, TV Kabel 32”, dan kamar mandi yang nyaman dilengkapi shower, dan water heater. Saat kita menginap disana kita juga akan menerima beberapa voucher untuk potongan harga diantaranya untuk berbelanja di Safari Wonders, spa, Jakarta Akuarium. Jika kita menginap di Leopard, kita bisa sarapan di yaitu Sky Garden Resto , kita bisa melihat pegunungan sambil sarapan pagi. Sarapannya juga bervariasi dan rasanya enak, cocok di lidah anak.
